Why LEGO® SeriousPlay®?
LEGO® SeriousPlay® is all about thinking with your hands. It helps people generate ideas, spark connection and build insights quickly and effectively.

It's strengths are that its simple, inclusive and highly engaging. As a tactile methodology it brings a new energy to group work, and one that lasts long after an event.

I've used it with everything from young people exploring their relationship with substances to a senior management team exploring organisational culture, and love how the method opens up new conversations and helps people strengthen their connections with each other.

So if you're looking for better ways to have your next group conversation or exploration, hold fire on dry slide decks and consider how the best insights might be held in a LEGO® build.
Why train with me?
With 10 years training experience, I know what makes great learning stick.

As an established trainer and facilitator, I've delivered LEGO® SeriousPlay® sessions across the UK to over 500 people, from focused senior management sessions to conferences.

The playful yet powerful nature of the LEGO® SeriousPlay® method means its always some of my favourite work to do. As a certified PRO trainer and global partner of Michael Fearne, author of The LSP Method, I'm thrilled to train more people in this magical method.

My background is in charity management and you can read a little more about me and my approach here.

Who's it for?
A phenomenally flexible method, LEGO® SeriousPlay® can be used for a huge range of topics. It works best with complex topics, with no right or wrong answer, that benefit from a range of perspectives, experiences and reflections.

While its origins are in strategy development, LEGO® SeriousPlay® has now been used for everything from coaching to project management and retrospectives to value propositions.

There are two levels of certification on offer to suit needs. Choose Essentials if you're looking to use it with colleagues or customers/service users and choose Certification if you're looking to offer full client sessions as a facilitator or want to offer the full range as an in-house expert.
The brilliant thing is you don't need any LEGO® building experience, I'll provide all the kit we need during the course and you'll leave with your own LEGO® SeriousPlay® kit for small groups.
