Hello, I'm Katherine

I'm a freelance coach, facilitator and consultant, working with a range of individuals and organisations to bring out their best.

Head below for some of the ways we could work together:

Facilitation

I love helping groups work together better.

Whether your gathering is large or small, and whether you need to ideate, evaluate, decide or reflect, I'll bring the independence, experience and kit to make sure the time you spend together really counts.

If facilitation is on your professional development wish list, I can also train and support individuals or teams in the wonderful world of facilitating. Let's talk post-its

LEGO® SeriousPlay®

LEGO® may be best known as a toy, loved by generations, but what if it could help your organisation have better conversations and achieve greater impact?

LEGO®SeriousPlay® is a way of thinking with your hands – of giving physical form to your thoughts and ideas. This way of working helps you process complex concepts, surface new insights and articulate information easier than through traditional pen and paper routes.

Gently playful, accessible and democratic, it can be used to explore a huge range of questions.

From small groups to conferences, I've got enough kit to cover 5 - 200 people so the possibilities are (almost!) endless.

Coaching

Stepping into management can be tough—I've been there. I specialize in supporting new managers and non-profit leaders, especially those in small organisations where support networks might be limited.

It's not often in busy, modern life, we get uninterrupted, quality time to talk.

And coaching sessions are just that - they're your time, to talk through and process where you're at and where you want to be. I'll listen, ask questions and aim to prompt your thinking in new or different ways.

                 Consultancy/Projects

Every organisation could do with a bit of extra support occasionally - it could be more capacity to bolster the team, specialist expertise that isn't available in-house or get an independent view and new insights.

Things I'd love to work with organisations on include:

  • Embedding action learning sets

  • Supporting volunteer programmes

  • Delivering training

  • Showcasing impact

  • Creating resources

  • Developing strategy

I can provide offer one-off short-term support for a particular project, or we can develop a longer-term collaboration, whatever suits you best.

Let's bounce some ideas around about making your project a reality.

About Me

I love cake, trail running, and hunting for sea glass.

I also love freelance life - it means I get to work with a range of brilliant people and organisations, do some really interesting stuff and turns out, I'm not a bad boss either!

Choosing someone to work with can be tough, I get it. I'm always available for a virtual coffee, to chat through ideas you're brewing, challenges you're experiencing or ambitions you're dreaming of and see whether we're the right fit.

I genuinely love what I do, and I think it shows in the work I do and the relationships I build. If I sound like your kind of person to work with, I'd love to chat.
